Brian James Machuga
Brian Machuga grew up in Youngstown, Ohio. He attended Youngstown State University and earned his degree in History. He then went on to culinary school at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and graduated in 1992. He has since been working in hotels and freestanding restaurants. Brian has been with the Sheraton Suites for three and a half years where he is in charge of the restaurant kitchen operations.

Matt Eland
Matt was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, graduating in 2000. In 2003 he traveled to Orvieto, Italy with Lorenzo Polegri at the Ristorante Zeppelin. Matt has worked in restaurants in San Francisco, Washington D.C. and Portland. He now resides in Kent, Ohio.

Brian Taggert
Brian graduated from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in 2001, where he returned to Ohio to do his externship under Chefs Chad Fuller and Erik Hixenbaugh. Brian worked in all areas of the Sheraton kitchen in this time. He later worked in Pennsylvania in a 100 year old hotel, only to return to the Sheraton where he accepted the A.M. Sous Chef position. After one year he took over as Banquet Sous Chef where he currently resides.
